Start the party Friday night at Smoke on the Water from 8 pm to 11:30 pm with live bands, a night “fly-in (8 pm) and fireworks (8:05 pm). Food and Drink available for purchase. The BBQ Fest is all day Saturday with more than 80 teams from across the country will compete for the Florida State Grand Champion title. Live music all day from 3-4 band stages around the event. Unique entertainment includes a Cypress Water Sports Ski Show on beautiful Lake Cannon. Smoke on the Water BBQ benefits the Citrus Center Boys & Girls Clubs of Winter Haven, Lake Wales and Haines City.
