Aqua Fitness is the most universal workout for every population. Want a great aerobic and strength training workout with zero impact on your joints? Jump in the pool and dive into Aqua Fitness Classes! Use the natural resistance of the water to get your heart healthy and your body toned. Break free from your land-lubbing routine with aerobics and resistance combo-training that uses your natural body buoyancy to give you a great workout. You can burn higher levels of calories in a shorter time in the pool, up to 17 calories per minute, more than on land. Working out in the water is safe because no joints or bones are forced to bear too heavy a load. Your balance can benefit and you can achieve a great "core" workout too. The perfect workout for expectant Moms. Water workouts help the recovery process from injuries and well....it's fun!
These classes are open to the community; bring your friends and family!
Ages 15 (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult) and up.
Fee: $7.00 per class....or $25.00 for 4 consecutive class pass.
Bring drinking water, towel, pool shoes desirable, sunscreen, and a noodle.
Classes conducted by qualified and experienced Certified Personal Trainers.
