CLASSICAL MASTERY Chorus Concert

Tuesday, March 31, 2015 – 7:30 p.m.

Franz Joseph Haydn wrote many spectacular masses, especially at the end of his life.  Under the baton of Beth Gibbs, the FSC Concert Choir will present one such late mass, the Missa in Angustiis, also known as the “Lord Nelson Mass.” In addition, other works by Haydn and his contemporaries will be presented in this evening of music celebrating the beauty and mastery of the Viennese Classical Era.
