Wind is a true element of nature, and the Symphony Band traditionally flourishes through its properties. Artists have continually been inspired by nature’s glory, and it is this point of departure that the Symphony Band brings to the stage this spring. Come celebrate the bounty of nature through sounds – with an evening of music inspired by mother earth. Among the pieces to be shared are “Niagara Falls” by Michael Daugherty and “Mother Earth” by David Maslanka.
