Join us for an evening under a waxing crescent moon for Downtown shopping, dining and live music. Downtown retail shops will be open late and Kentucky Ave will be filled with food, artisan vendors, crafters, live music and more! Feel free to come dressed in your Halloween gear, but this is NOT a trick or treat event.
