It’s a Friday double-header as Weather for Strangers and Mr.Handsome deliver back-to-back Americana, folk, blues and acoustic performances up-close-and-personal beginning 8 p.m. in the always cool, smoke-free intimacy of The Mighty Mighty Pink Piano.
WFS — Jerry Pringle, Patricia Kenoly, Aaron M Corbitt — are among our favorite people and we’re proud that The Pink was one of the first venues to provide this talented band of dedicated musicians a stage to perform.
Mr. Handsome — Dexter Outlaw, Chase Batykefer, Maria Del Castillo, Aubrey Willcockson, Michael Friedt — is another up-and-coming local band gaining loyal fans with every performance. They take the stage about 10 p.m.
