Why do characters in musical theatre sing?  Love, of course!  FSC’s musical theatre director, mezzo soprano Christianne Roll, explores this theory with pianist Patrick Fleitz in songs that run the gamut from traditional Broadway classics to more contemporary musical theatre repertoire. Join this duo as they perform such favorites as Bill and Can’t Help Lovin’ That Man of Mine from “Showboat” and Mister Snow from “Carousel,” in addition to tunes by such legendary composers as George Gershwin and celebrated newcomers like Jason Robert Brown.

This event is Free and open to the public.
