Plant City Community Chorale Plans New Beginnings Spring Concert
The Plant City Community Chorale is excited to announce their annual Spring concert, New Beginnings. The concert, will be presented on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 7:30 pm, at the First United Methodist Church, 303 N. Evers St., Plant City, FL.
It is indeed a new beginning for the Chorale, as this will be their first performance under the direction of their new Artistic Director, Coleman Flentge. Coleman brings with him talent, energy, and obvious & sincere love for music that has the Chorale very excited to work with him.
The concert’s musical selections such as All Will Be Well; You Are the New Day, and New Beginnings will echo the theme of welcoming and trusting in the exciting possibilities that newness and change can offer. Familiar pieces such as Bridge Over Troubled Water and This Train is Bound for Glory will also be performed, as will the traditional South African folk song, Babethandaza, which is so full of rhythmic energy you will find yourself tapping your toes.

Tickets may also be purchased at the Walden Lake Car Wash or at the door the night of the concert. Tickets are $15.00. Children 12 and under are free. Masks are optional.
