Does your Pup get into the Howl-O-Ween Spirit? Well, bring your pup on down to Mainstreet Bartow’s Friday Fest and show off your Furry Friends Finest Costume. Local Celebrity Judges will pick a Winner, and present them with a Gift Basket from The Doggie Bag valued at over $150! Trick or Treat...All participants will receive a FREE certificate for Doggie Ice Cream from The Cool Shoppe!
