Presented by the Race for the Kids Foundation, over 80 teams from all over the U.S. competing in these hydroplane boat races; multiple classes running. This race benefits the Citrus Center Boys & Girls Clubs (Winter Haven, Lake Wales & Haines City). Pro Race practices begin Thursday, March 29 from 1-5 pm. Practices/Time Trials continue Friday, March 30 from 12-5 pm. Races all day Saturday March 31st from 10-5 pm & Sunday April 1st from 12-5 pm.  The K Pro Class (kids pro) races will also run on Saturday afternoon March 31. Food & Beer Available. Humane Society of Polk will also be at the event adopting pets all day Friday & Saturday, March 30^th & 31st. Sponsorship opportunities available. The race will take place off the shores of Lake Cannon from the Boys & Girls Club property. Limited bleacher seating available. No coolers allowed. www.raceforthekidsfoundation.org
