Two newly married, personable gondoliers discover that one of them is the heir to the throne of the kingdom of Barataria. Due to an error of identity in their youth, either one of them could be the heir, so they agree to share the duties of ruling the kingdom until the rightful heir is identified. Complicating the situation, they discover that the rightful king was married to the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Plaza Toro while they were infants. Discover how these two charming Gondoliers manage this rather unusual wrinkle in their life.
